Dance Company Ltd.
Dance Company Ltd. is a family-oriented dance studio located in Metairie, Louisiana. At DCL, we strive to create a community that is warm, welcoming, and supportive to all of our dancers and their families. Our teachers are committed to helping each student reach their full potential by providing personalized attention and constructive feedback in a positive and nurturing environment. We offer recreational dance classes for kids of all experience levels starting 2 years old. We also offer dance at the competitive level with our Dance Company Competition Team.
Meet Our Teachers
Claire Charbonnet
Studio Owner
Claire stepped into a new chapter in January of 2024, when she became the Studio Owner of Dance Company Ltd. — a role that beautifully came full circle after spending 14 years training as a dancer at DCL. Claire teaches our Baby, Preschool II, and High School Combo Classes. This is her 12th year teaching at DCL and her 6th year as Director of the award winning DCL Competition Team. Claire graduated from Mount Carmel Academy where she was a member of the Carmelette Dance Team. She graduated from LSU with a degree in Communication Disorders and received her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from LSU Health New Orleans. When Claire is not at the studio, she practices as a Speech Therapist with Bright Start LLC.

Danielle Romaguera
Danielle Broussard Romaguera owned Dance Company Ltd. for 20 years. She graduated from UNO with a Bachelor of Science degree. She was a captain of the Dominican Debs and was head cheerleader for Brother Martin High School. Before transferring to UNO, Danielle attended Christian Brothers University in Memphis where she was a cheerleader. At both Universities, she was on academic scholarships. Danielle has choreographed several plays for different high schools and organizations. She is married to Ralph and mom to Trey, Michael,
Gabe, and their little angel, Brie.
Gracie Roule
Gracie teaches our Teen Combo and Kinder II Combo Classes and is a choreographer for our Competition Team, where her fresh ideas and creative vision brings routines to life. Gracie trained as a dancer at Dance Company Ltd. for 16 years and has been a member of our teaching faculty for the past 4 years. She is a proud graduate of Mount Carmel Academy, where she was a member of the Carmelette Dance Team. Gracie is currently completing her degree in Industrial Engineering at Louisiana State University and will graduate in December.


Haley Roule LaCombe
Haley teaches our Pre-Teen Combo, Hip Hop, and Technique classes. She also serves as a Director of the DCL Competition Team, where her dedication to excellence helps shape the next generation of competitive dancers. Haley danced at Dance Company Ltd. for 16 years and has been teaching at DCL for the past 6 years. Haley is a proud graduate of Mount Carmel Academy and Louisiana State University. In 2023, she earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Xavier University of Louisiana. When Haley is not at the studio, she works as a Speech Therapist with the Jefferson Parish School System, helping children find their voices both on and off the stage. Haley is happily married to Reese.
Jill Ripple
Jill teaches our Mini Combo Class and Mini Competition Team Duet. A true pillar of the DCL family, Jill has shared her passion with our studio for over 25 incredible years as a member of our faculty. She is a proud graduate of Archbishop Chapelle High School and Southeastern Louisiana University, where she earned her degree in Business. Outside of the studio, Jill brings her love of teaching to her role as a Physical Education teacher at Chateau Estates School. Jill cherishes life alongside her husband, Ryan, and their dog, Pixie.


Blue Cervini
Blue teaches our Ballet and Acro Classes. Blue, born and raised in New Orleans, is a professional dancer and instructor. She grew up as a competitive dancer then continued touring the competition/convention circuit as an instructor. Her professional performance career began shortly afterwards. Some of Blue’s favorite credits include: U.S. National and International Tours of West Side Story (Dance Captain, Jet Girl, u/s Anybodys & Shark Girls); CATS (Victoria- The White Cat); Just Dance by Debbie Allen; The Nutcracker (Arabian Soloist); Arctic Wars NYC (New Way Vogue Team Member representing the Legendary House of Ninja); Master P, Snoop Dogg, & No Limit Reunion at Essence Fest (Dancer); KARMA Entertainment (Dancer/Choreographer); Lightwire Theater (Ensemble); and Quixotic Fusion (Guest Artist/Contortionist). Film/TV credits include: MGM Film 21 Jump Street and ABC Studios TV pilot Astronaut Wives Club. Ranging from ballet to contortion and musical theatre to vogue, her diverse talents have taken her across the U.S. and abroad. Blue also finds great joy teaching dance. She’s grateful for the wonderful experiences she’s had teaching workshops and guest classes in Europe, Asia, & North America. Blue is happy to be back home sharing her knowledge and expertise as a dance instructor in the New Orleans/Metairie area, especially at DCL.
Leah Perez Watkins
Leah teaches our Preschool I and Kinder I Combo Classes, where her patience, creativity, and joyful spirit help our youngest dancers. Leah trained as a dancer at Dance Company Ltd. for 15 years and is now completing her 6th year as a member of our faculty. She is a proud graduate of Mount Carmel Academy, where she was a member of the Carmelette Dance Team. Leah went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University, followed by a Master’s in Counselor Education from UNO. Today, she has returned to her alma mater as a Guidance Counselor at Mount Carmel Academy, where she also serves as the Moderator of the Rhythm Dance Team. Leah shares her life with her husband, Nigel, and their dog, Louis.


Jillian Miller
Jill teaches our Hip Hop class as well as Strength & Flexibility. She grew up in New York, where she began dancing competitively at the age of 5. She continued her dance career as a member of the LSU Tiger Girls from 2021–2025. During her time as a Tiger Girl, she won two national championships her freshman and junior years. Jillian graduated from LSU this past May and is now pursuing her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at LSU Health New Orleans.
Tori d'Aquin
Tori teaches our Junior Combo Class & Tumbling. Tori trained as a dancer at Dance Company Ltd. for 18 years and has been a part of our faculty for the past 14 years. She is a proud graduate of Mount Carmel Academy and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Tori’s athletic talents extended beyond the studio as well — she was a member of the Brother Martin Cheer Team, where she earned the honor of serving as Captain her senior year. Today, she channels her creativity into a second passion as a barber at AK Beauty Lounge. Tori shares her life with her husband, Nick, and their three beautiful children, Eli, Noah, and Gemma.
